Cushman & Wakefield’s office leasing team introduced two new tenants to the Coral Gables market.

The first was Raleigh, North Carolina-based Kimley-Horn and Associates Inc., an infrastructure design and consulting firm that leased 16,677 square feet at 355 Alhambra Circle. The firm is relocating its local operations from 1221 Brickell Ave. to the downtown Coral Gables office tower.
