Miami’s apartments are getting a little smaller.

New York developer Moishe Mana received a green light for a project that will bring micro-living to the city’s urban core. Miami’s Urban Development Review Board, a group of South Florida architects responsible for reviewing projects over 200,000 square feet, enthusiastically backed Mana’s 49-story rental tower, his first downtown effort.
