Cushman & Wakefield lost a multimillion-dollar book of business with the departure of a leasing team representing Crocker Partners LLC, one of the region’s largest office landlords.
The brokerage’s former senior director Jon Blunk announced Monday he has launched Tower Commercial Real Estate LLC, a Miami-based agency leasing Class A office space in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties’ central business districts. Joining him are marketing coordinator Joody Andre and brokers Laurel Oswald and Cristina Glaria.
