A new-to-market New York investor paid $30.05 million, or about $261 per square foot, for prime Palm Beach Gardens office buildings.

Alchemy-ABR Investment Partners — a venture between investor Brian Ray and developers Kenneth Horn, Joel Breitkopf and Alex Saltzman — made the purchase in partnership with Breakers Capital Partners LLX, a Miami-based investor whose Palm Beach County holdings include an 11-story office complex purchased in 2012.
