New York-based Garrison Investment Group acquired DoubleTree by Hilton in Deerfield Beach at about a 9 percent discount, shaving more than $1.38 million off the last sale price.
Garrison paid about $14.02 million to CS Hospitality LLC for the 220-room hotel, according to a deed recorded Friday in Broward County. The hotel at 100 Fairway Drive commanded $15.4 million when it last traded in February 2005.
