Premier Parks LLC succeeded in its suit to force Fort Lauderdale into opening up competitive bidding on a proposed water park on city-owned land. It prevailed on arguments the city fostered unfair competition by offering the deal to an affiliate of Texas-based Schlitterbahn Waterparks & Resorts.
