Litigator Chuck Baumberger of Rossman, Baumberger, Reboso & Spier is set to become the first Miami president of the 7,400-lawyer American Board of Trial Advocates on Jan. 1.
Baumberger, who helped found the Miami chapter of ABOTA in 1980, will lead 97 chapters nationally.
