Miami trial lawyers David Buckner and Seth Miles are leaving Coral Gables boutique Grossman Roth to form their own plaintiff firm, Buckner + Miles.
Buckner and Miles, who specialize in personal injury, class action, medical malpractice, aviation and qui tam litigation, have recovered more than $1 billion for their clients in their 10 years with Grossman Roth. They are taking an associate, Brett Von Borke, with them.
