A former student of the recently shuttered for-profit Dade Medical College is moving quickly to help his classmates collect tuition refunds.
Physical therapy student Francisco Jesus Muchuli Montalvo filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit Friday in Miami-Dade Circuit Court and asked the court to appoint a receiver for the college, which shut down its eight campuses Oct. 30.
