A Miami legal team helped an affordable housing developer fund an acquisition by diving into the Israeli stock market.

Brooke Perlyn and Brian McDonough led a group of Stearns Weaver Miller Weissler Alhadeff & Sitterson lawyers who helped the Cornerstone Group, one of the largest affordable housing developers in the U.S., issue $72 million in corporate debt on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
