Chubby Checker is twisting the arms of several major retailers to stop selling cufflinks using his name.
“The Twist” singer filed a trademark infringement suit Monday in Fort Lauderdale federal court against Amazon.com LLC, Macy’s Inc., Nordstrom Inc., Squire Fine Men’s Apparel LLC and the cufflinks’ manufacturer, Nokomis-based men’s fashion company Würkin Stiffs.
