Watching the television, driving along the highway, reading the paper or browsing the web: audiences can’t escape lawyer ads. Personal injury, asbestos, property damage, traffic tickets—whatever someone’s legal needs are, there’s an attorney. The public needs to know who is available to assist them with their legal needs, and attorneys need to be able to advertise in a manner most likely to succeed for them.

Years ago the concept of legal advertising was taboo. A limited number of law firms tried it and they were chastised by their peers, the Florida Bar and the community at large. But not by their clientele. They were happy to have the opportunity to find who was available to help them, their fees and the process for actually hiring an attorney.
