Gregg Wenzel, a former Miami-Dade assistant public defender and Florida Bar counsel who died while working as a clandestine CIA agent, is set to have a post office named after him.

Both houses of Congress passed a bill last week to rename the post office in Wenzel’s hometown of Monroe, N.Y., the National Clandestine Service of the Central Intelligence Agency NCS Officer Gregg David Wenzel Memorial Post Office. The bill is awaiting President Barack Obama’s signature.
