Luis Salazar and Linda Worton Jackson helped Florida Gaming Corp., former owner of Miami Jai-Alai and casino, sell its assets for $155 million in a bankruptcy auction, enough for full payment of unsecured creditor claims totaling $10 million.

The Salazar Jackson attorneys made reimbursement of unsecured creditors possible by persuading a bankruptcy judge to subordinate a $37 million claim by lenders based on a stock warrant agreement with Florida Gaming.
