After five years of negotiation and litigation Grossman Roth attorneys won the final $1.7 million piece in a settlement totaling $7 million for flight crews who made hazardous flights into war-torn Afghanistan and Iraq over seven years.

When Las Vegas-based Vision Airlines contracted with the U.S. government to fly cargo and passengers in and out of Baghdad and Kabul airports from 2005 to 2011, the flight crews’ contracts called for “hazard pay” in addition to their salaries.
