Legislative leaders said Tuesday they won’t appeal a judge’s ruling that struck down the state’s congressional map drawn in 2012.
Leon Circuit Judge Terry Lewis last week issued the ruling based on the anti-gerrymandering Fair Districts constitutional amendments.
