Luckily this defendant can get a recusal from this clown judge. If only the clowns at the Browards Public pretenders office were just as zealous in there representation. Why is everyone shocked that the justice sytem is a joke, and a farce? Wake up, and recognize it‘s a joke in Florida.

The Judge needs to turn in his robes. The Florida Bar has a "got civility" campaign going on. The 17th Judicial Circuit has signed on.

This is way out of bounds.

judges are supposed to have "judicial temperament" i.e. be the voice of justice and the rule of law. that judge has displayed the inability to do his job and needs to be immediately removed from the bench. how shameful. if he felt the attorney was rude, hold a contempt hearing. what he showed the public was nothing short of a childish rant.

    Looks like frontier justice....

Another arrogant judge. Two driving under the influence, another on drugs. And now we have one of control .
What‘s the penalty for for bench brawling ?
