Floor & Decor Outlets of America Inc., an Atlanta-based retailer that specializes in tile, wood and stone, leased 50,536 square feet of retail space in Pembroke Pines. The deal is worth nearly $7 million over 10 years.
The new store, Floor & Decor’s ninth Florida location, occupies a former JCPenney Home Store at 13650 Pines Blvd. and anchors a plaza that also houses Macy’s Furniture Gallery and BJ’s Wholesale Club.
