A prominent Miami developer is suing Greenberg Traurig and its West Palm Beach managing partner for civil theft, alleging the firm garnished the wrong bank account to pay for legal fees in a real estate dispute.
In a suit filed in Miami-Dade Circuit Court on Aug. 23, Merco Group Inc. seeks repayment of $18,522 it alleges Greenberg and attorney Mark Bideau improperly took from its bank account at Ocean Bank.
