A man who suffered a brain injury obtained a $4 million settlement from a company that provided landscaping services to the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood.
Rick Ellsley of Ellsley Sobol in Plantation, who represented Armando Alvarez, said Alvarez and his brother were traveling southbound on a scooter on U.S. 441 and had passed Stirling Road after spending an evening at the casino.
