In Miami-Dade County’s most expensive post-recession office transaction, Crocker Partners has closed on the $262.5 million acquisition of the Miami Center in downtown Miami, according to the broker for the seller.

The deal makes Boca Raton-based Crocker the biggest owner of offices in Miami’s commercial business district north of Brickell Avenue. The Daily Business Review reported Crocker had the 34-story Miami Center at 201 S. Biscayne Blvd. under contract in April.
