U.S. Bankruptcy Judge John Olson has agreed to recuse himself from a case after he was accused of showing bias to his fiancé, a lawyer at a firm representing the trustee.

After first refusing to recuse, the Fort Lauderdale judge on Oct. 31 agreed to drop out of the Chapter 11 bankruptcy of Trafford Distributing Center, a Pennsylvania storage company, and three adversarial actions. U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Raymond Ray has been assigned the case.
