Miami attorney Luis Flores helped Property Markets Group purchase a site for its first development in Broward County.
Flores, a partner with Arnstein & Lehr, guided the $29 million acquisition to a smooth closing after a yearlong search for the best viable site for his client’s proposed development. PMG, which has offices in Miami, Chicago and New York City, plans to build a mixed-use project comprised of over 1,000 rental units on its 2.4-acre site at the Las Olas Riverfront in Fort Lauderdale.
