With numerous expensive shopping center sales in the past three years, Woolbright Development Inc. of Boca Raton has provided a pricing barometer for the South Florida retail market.
In its latest sale, Woolbright-managed WMD Miramar LLC on Friday sold most of Miramar Square for $57.27 million, according to Broward County records. The county recorded the sale of the 12100 Miramar Parkway property Monday.
