Even land-locked sites in Sunny Isles Beach are generating interest from area developers.
A company managed by Gil Dezer, the Sunny Isles-based developer who is planning a Porsche-branded condominium project in the city, last Friday paid slightly more than $19 million for the 3.13-acre home of Epicure Market, according to Miami-Dade County records. Dezer-managed 17190 Collins Avenue Holdings LLC acquired the four properties at 17146-17190 Collins Ave. from California-based restaurant group Jerry’s Famous Deli Inc., which operates Epicure and Jerry’s Famous Deli restaurants in Miami Beach and Los Angeles.
