Citing a recovering South Florida commercial real estate market that should yield a slew of new transactions, real estate giant Jones Lang LaSalle is aggressively pursuing top local talent.

Jones Lang, which is considered the second-largest publicly traded commercial brokerage, has added four industry veterans to its Miami and Fort Lauderdale offices, the company announced on Tuesday. The company hired former Cushman & Wakefield brokers Jim Cahlin and Rod Loschiavo and longtime Grubb & Ellis brokers Jonathan Kingsley and Stephen Rutchik as senior vice presidents.
