Attorneys who forced the recusal of a Fort Lauderdale bankruptcy judge are now asking for the only other bankruptcy judge in the city to drop out of the case.

Attorneys Robert Sweetapple and Douglas Broeker asked U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Raymond Ray to recuse himself from the Chapter 7 case that U.S. Bankruptcy Judge John Olson already dropped. They argue Ray cannot be unbiased because his son is a bankruptcy lawyer with at least six motions pending before Olson.
