Despite using his position as an FBI source to commit yet another crime, con artist-turned-pastor Barry Minkow is still helping federal authorities fight fraud under a plea deal.
A source close to the case said federal authorities are investigating short sales of other stocks besides Miami-based home-builder Lennar, which Minkow admitted targeting Wednesday as he pleaded guilty to securities fraud conspiracy.
