South Florida’s growing population and environment for combining business and leisure have resulted in the evolution of live-work-play developments to cater to new residents and changing needs, and it’s a trend that’s not slowing down as co-working grows in popularity. 

That’s according to Laura Pop-Badiu, who wrote a study for CoworkingCafe, a national co-working space search website. Pop-Badiu says, nationally, Miami has the third-highest number of live-work-play developments in the country. She says she’s not surprised Miami is so in demand.
