Three people were arrested Thursday in connection to an alleged real estate deed scam targeting South Florida homeowner. 

Aventura title insurance company Trans-State Title Insurance Agency LLC claims it was scammed out of $230,000 after someone posed as Shirley Gibson, an 86-year-old Coral Gables woman, and fraudulently sold her property to Ollie Development LLC, a company in New York. The title insurance agency said it will pay back the full purchase price to the buyer.
