There’s a beer battle brewing in Miami courts.
The litigation claims Anheuser-Busch Cos. Inc. is duping beer drinkers by not informing them clearly on packaging and bottle labels that the Kirin and Beck’s brands are brewed in the United States, not Japan or Germany.
