A court has issued a default judgment for the plaintiff in a breach of contract case.
Christine Schellhammer claimed she entered an agreement with Vincent Kuzmicki to form the limited liability company 10Back Pro Shops LLC in Broward County in 2010. She claimed she provided much of the funding to organize the company through the end of 2013. However, she claimed management style differences, as well as Kuzmicki’s unwillingness to operate the business properly, prevented the organization from continuing. She also claimed he signed an agreement to repay her $73,161 initial investment, and she sued after he failed to pay her.
