A bouncer and a restaurant-bar have been cleared in a battery case.

Scott D’Andria, who is disabled and uses a scooter, claimed a bouncer at the 316 Main Street Station restaurant in Daytona Beach grabbed his right arm and wedged him against a bathroom frame and door for 20 seconds in 2012. The bouncer also prevented D’Andria from using the restroom, plaintiffs counsel alleged. D’Andria sued the restaurant’s owner, Florida Pacific Leasing Co. LLC, for battery and disability law violations.
