A security service has been cleared in an intentional torts case.
In 2014, a 40-year-old man went to Miami’s SunTrust International Center to attend a relative’s deposition. The man alleged he was grabbed while walking to an office without warning by a security guard. He alleged the guard slammed his head, shoulder and body against a wall and twisted his elbow to the point of injury. He sued the security service, Red Coats Inc.
