Tenants agreed in a pretrial settlement to pay their landlord $50,000 for back rent after claiming exposure to mold in their leased Sunny Isles Beach condo unit made them sick.
Yakov Sarousi signed a lease with Ivetta Golovneva. Sarousi said he complained of a leak that traveled through the drywall from the laundry room to the living room.
