A jury decided a property management company was not liable for a femoral fracture that a real estate agent claimed she suffered during an open house.

Sandra Goldberg, then 65, went to Barry and Bonnie Shoor’s home in Miami. While in the entryway, she tripped and fell on a tile floor, suffering a transcervical fracture of the neck of her right femur. Goldberg alleged the step down to the floor was a dangerous condition, and an optical illusion caused her to trip.
