A cruise passenger who claimed she tore her right shoulder when she fell after leaving a dance floor recovered $395,732.
Jennie Ingram-Wargo, then 38, slipped while aboard Norwegian Cruise Line’s Norwegian Sky. She claimed she was playing a scavenger hunt when the game show host spilled a drink he was carrying to another passenger. She alleged the ship had a policy prohibiting employees from carrying drinks on the dance floor.
