She is not a doctor nor a pharmacist, she not supposed to be an expert on the prolonged side effects of Ambien CR a sleep medication. She might even not realized that she was still under the effect of this drug when she took the wheels. Please keep your distorted thinking for yourself. Sylvia Long May 30, 2014 A judge upholds the law. They are expected to exemplify character and competence comparable to the office they take oath to decide citizen law matters of the courts. It appears that Judge Rosenthal demonstrated poor judgement in consuming a controlled substance (prescription drugs) and operating a vehicle to appear at the bench in an altered (incompetent) state of mind. Broward citizens, be thankful she didn‘t make it to the bench that day! Based on the law enforcement charges, and facts so far, I think she should resign from office, and not seek another term. She appears to have compromised the professional integrity of her office, tarnished her character, and has acted incompetently. Comments are not moderated. To report offensive comments, click here.
