Contacting Us About Your Subscription:
Call us at 1-866-347-6688. It's best to call between 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday through Friday when representatives are available to assist you. If you call after hours or are unable to speak to anyone, please leave a voicemail and one of our representatives will call you back. You can also e-mail us at circulation@floridabiz.com. Please include your name and phone number to receive prompt service.
How to Read Your Label:
The label on the front page of your newspaper consists of a series of numbers that correspond with your account. The Daily Business Review uses two different types of labels depending on whether you receive your paper via mail or hand delivery. To locate your account number, find the series of numbers after the # sign on your label. Keep this number handy when inquiring about your subscription.

New Subscribers:
It takes two days to start a new subscription to the Daily Business Review. At your request, we can start your subscription on a future date. If you are a new subscriber or have not been a paid subscriber in the last six months, call our Circulation Department at 1-877-347-6682 about special rates for new subscribers.
Group Discounts:
The Daily Business Review offers group rates for participating firms and businesses. For more information, call our group sales representative, Allen Wang at (800) 777-7300 ext. 6624.
Renewal Information:
We are confident that you will benefit from your subscription to the Daily Business Review. To prevent an interruption in service, you will begin receiving a series of five renewal notices beginning as soon as 10 weeks before the expiration date of your current term. You can also call our Circulation Department at 1-866-347-6688 to renew with a credit card over the telephone. Please inquire about our Automatic Renewal Program with payment by credit card.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Missing or Late Issues:
You may receive The Review via our hand-delivery service or by second-class mail (please refer to the How to Read Your Label section to determine your type of service). If you receive early morning hand delivery, but are missing an issue, call us before 10 a.m. to get same-day delivery. If you call after 10 a.m., you will receive your copy with your next day's delivery.
If you receive your Daily Business Review by mail, but are missing an issue, please call our Crculation Department at 1-866-347-6688 and we will gladly mail the missing copy to you via second-class postage.
If you have continuous problems getting your Daily Business Review in a timely manner, please call our Circulation Department at 1-866-347-6688 immediately. We will correct the problem.
Address Change:
When you move, we know you will want your Review to move with you. Please notify us as soon as possible of any address change so you don't miss a single issue of the Daily Business Review. You can call us at 1-866-347-6688, fax us at (305) 347-6678 or e-mail us at circulation@floridabiz.com.
Back Issues:
The Review Circulation Department keeps approximately six weeks worth of back issues for sale. Back issues are $6 for each copy. Payment is required with the order. Call us at 1-866-347-6688 to place your order.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds will be issued on a pro-rated basis, based on the current newsstand price.
