A wine cellar, limestone floors, beamed ceilings and 430 feet of deepwater frontage helped fetch a hefty $17.16 million price for a Fort Lauderdale mansion.
Bruce Paddock, a boater and CEO of Minneapolis-based Paddock Laboratories Inc., paid just under $1,319 per square foot for the 13,011-square-foot estate. He closed the deal with California-based seller Dennis O’Neil, who built the property in 2010 on a point lot facing the Intracoastal Waterway.
