Kevin Carey and Nevenka Harverson have joined Esslinger Wooten Maxwell Realty as associates in the firm’s Coconut Grove office. Carey was a project manager for Home Solutions Property Management. Harverson was a Realtor for Howard Hanna Realty in Pittsburgh.

Gabriel A. Britti has been named associate vice president of investments of Marcus & Millichap in Miami. He was a senior associate. Britti is also associate director of the firm’s National Retail Group.

Abu Mansoor has joined CBRE in Fort Lauderdale as senior research analyst. Mansoor was a data analyst of Florida Power & Light.

Michael Volkert has been named president of the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood. Volkert was senior vice president of slot operations of the casino.

Melinda Sherwood has joined CBRE as communications and media manager of the Florida region. Sherwood was the U.S. communications manager for RMJM Hillier Architecture in New York.

James V. Brunetti has joined Calvin, Giordano & Associates in Fort Lauderdale as senior vice president and director of design services. Brunetti was a senior project engineer with Con Edison in New York City.

Joanne Epstein has joined the Keyes Real Estate Delray Beach office as a Realtor. She was a Realtor in the firm’s Weston office.

Steve Harrison, managing director of facilities for Parmenter Realty Partners in Miami, has been named a BOMA fellow for displaying exemplary values and his contributions to commercial real estate.

Charlie Manuel and Andrew Boysen have joined Gadinsky Real Estate in Miami Beach. Manuel joined the firm as a retail real estate representative. He was a partner in the private capital group of CBRE. Boysen joined the firm as a retail real estate associate. He was a retail sales and client relations manager for Nordstrom.

Richard Masterson Jr. has joined One Sotheby’s International Realty as a broker associate in Fort Lauderdale. Masterson was a broker associate with Roland Hodges & Sons.

 

Dan Hechtkopf has joined SBI Realty as a sales agent. He was a luxury real estate specialist of Own Realty.

 

Nikolas Kozy has joined Global Fund Investments as director of acquisitions. He was first vice president of CBRE.
