The Board of Contributors article “Insurance Companies Forcing Their Way Into Policyholder’s Homes” published Aug. 21 makes false and outrageous claims about insurance companies and the managed repair programs they’ve designed to restore and repair covered damage to a home. In fact, managed repair programs are a great option for homeowners to complete repairs through a trusted, pre-screened, licensed contractor with the full guarantee of their insurance company standing behind them.
