CBRE Inc. has tapped a former Related Group executive to run its South Florida operations.
The commercial real estate company’s new senior managing director, Arden Karson, will oversee 200 employees in its Miami, Fort Lauderdale and Boca Raton offices. Karson brings with her a multifaceted background in sales and marketing, development, acquisitions, asset management, leasing and finance. Before joining the Fortune 500 firm, she was senior vice president at the Related Group in Miami, where she was responsible for a $1 billion real estate portfolio.
