An investor just spent $54 million on less than an acre in Miami’s Wynwood neighborhood just as the hip district begins to recuperate from a Zika virus scare that momentarily drove visitors and investors away.

The property on Northwest Second Avenue between 26th and 27th Street is comprised of buildings totaling 41,616 square feet on a 42,000-square-foot lot. It sits across the street from the Wynwood Walls, a popular tourist destination.
