Residential transactions were down across the board in Miami-Dade and Broward counties during the first quarter.

Only 42 waterfront homes sold in Miami-Dade compared with 76 in the same period last year for a 45 percent dip, according to ONE Sotheby’s International Realty. The Miami area suffered the most with its single-family home and condo market displaying steep decreases in transaction volumes compared with Broward.
