A company linked to Orangetheory Fitness paid $13.9 million for a Boca Raton office building to house its corporate headquarters and a new gym.
Buyer L.K.H.L 6000 LLC, linked to Orangetheory founder and CEO David Long, purchased the property at 6000 Broken Sound Parkway in a deal that closed Tuesday, according to brokers involved in the transaction. The new acquisition is a three-story building in the Arvida Park of Commerce southeast of Military Trail and Clint Moore Road.
