A Connecticut institutional investor paid $68.25 million for a five-building office portfolio in Miami’s Waterford at Blue Lagoon Business Park.
Greenwich-based Ivy Realty secured $50.5 million in financing from CIBC World Markets Inc. for the acquisition in a 250-acre mixed-use business park south of the Dolphin Expressway and the Miami International Airport. The loan includes funds for capital improvements and future leasing costs.
