Phoenix-based multifamily developer and manager Alliance Residential Co. secured a $50.4 million construction loan for an apartment project in West Palm Beach.
The developer cinched the deal with Citizens Bank of Pennsylvania after closing on the $10 million purchase of nearly 2.6 acres spanning about two blocks along South Dixie Highway and Datura and Evernia streets near downtown West Palm Beach.
