Tri-Rail’s downtown Miami link is back on track after plans were temporarily derailed due to a legislative setback on liability.
The South Florida Regional Transportation Authority, which operates the three-county commuter train, will borrow about $20 million to close a funding gap for the transit line that will connect West Palm Beach and downtown Miami.
