A four-building office campus in Weston sold for $114.8 million, or about $296 per square foot. Gramercy Property Trust, a New York-based real estate investment trust, which owned 80 percent of the property, announced the sale Thursday of Weston Pointe in Broward County. The remaining 20 percent was owned by Indianapolis-based Duke Realty.

The park is home to 24 corporate tenants, according to Gramercy.
